Tlatelolco Journal: Democratizing Democracy and Social Change, of the University Program for Studies on Democracy, Justice and Society of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (PUEDJS-UNAM), is governed by the principles of “Science for Everyone” and “Universal Access to Knowledge,” promoted by UNAM and the Ministry of Science, Humanities, Technology and Innovation of Mexico. In accordance with these principles, the Journal does not charge any fees for the submission or processing of articles (APC) and fully assumes the costs of editing, publication, and distribution in its digital version.
